Selecting the Best Method to Send Your Message

Private Message: This method is best when sending sensitive health information that you do not want anyone other than your recipient to see. Your recipient will receive an email that shows only your name, and alerts them that there is a private message waiting for them (the contents of your private message will NOT appear in the email). Your recipient will then need to log into their Good Health Rewards (GHR) account to view the full text of your message. Your message will be kept securely within GHR, and will never be viewable to outsiders, other than the person you have created it for. You will be able to view a 90-day history of your private messages sent through our website, and for added security, messages older than 90 days will be automatically and permanently deleted from the system.

Standard Email: This method is quick & convenient for your recipient, because your message will go into their regular email inbox. However, email messages are vulnerable to hackers, and could be read by someone else, so avoid using standard email when sending sensitive information. You will be able to view the recent messages you have sent through our website, but we will not have a record of any messages that you send or reply-to directly from your own personal email account outside of Good Health Rewards. For added security, our website will automatically and permanently delete messages sent through our system that are older than 90 days.
